What I have been up to:
Completed a fabric owl, a crochet owl (Ravelry HPKCHC) and 2 charity blocks for th NOVA MQG. None of the projects took more than 2 days. Just the way I like it, short and sweet.
WIPs in progress:
I cut this applique piece using my Accuquilt Go. I used one of the Ricky Tims die block, fused it to a batik background and used a blanket stitch. One down, and 3 to go. I have to decide how to put the blocks together. Should I put sashing between each block? Once I finish appliquéing the blocks then I will decide.

ReplyDeleteI'm actually thinking of putting a little quilt together for my granddaughter. I have the charm squares already. Just gotta decide on sashing.
I had to have surgery on Monday so not weaving or sewing or anything till I feel better.....

P.S. - lucky you on the accuquilt go! I would probably do a LOT more quilting if I had one, because I love applique more than piecing! :-)
